The Spa is open from 09:00am – 21:00pm
Monday to Friday and 09:00am – 19:00pm on
weekends. We recommend you arrive 15 minutes
prior to your treatment. Late arrival may result in a
Reduced treatment time, full price for treatment

We recommend that you leave
your underwear on during your service however
it may be removed to your preference. Our
therapists will use draping techniques to respect
your privacy. Please refrain from bringing valuables

Guests must be 18 years and over to receive all
Spa services unless participating in Kids/Teens treatments.
Gratuity is most welcome and can be given
directly to therapist.
Please provide 12 hours’ notice when cancelling
appointments to help us reschedule your appointment,
Subject to space availability.
It is recommended that you switch off your cell
phone or place it on silent when entering the Spa
as this will help ensure that you, as well as other
guests, receive the most beneficial treatment.
For your safety, Wax in the City Spa is a nonsmoking facility.
Refunds are offered for all unopened products
when accompanied by a receipt and returned within
14 days. Treatment packages and Gift certificates are
non- refundable and non- exchangeable.
Relaxation is achieved through daily practice.
